i am terribly sorry for avoiding you. i have good reasons, i promise. and it won't be long until i'm back for good. i'm not even kidding you, i miss you very much. but you've been such a patient little blog. hanging around, waiting for my return. and it's coming. seriously. i've been running around like a chicken without its head. thanks for being the most understanding little blog around this side of the block. you're simply the best. i can't wait to sit down and chat with you again. to have our sweet one on ones. it's going to be the cats meow. you just wait!

ps, i've been v.v.v.very giddy about the christmas season.

i've really played a vanishing act. things {i've} been super busy. not really sure with what exactly, but being busy always seems like the perfect excuse.
however, a pretty lame excuse.

in all honesty.
i just don't have words to type.
no muse.
but i'm searching.
and really hoping that i find it.
sooner rather than later. much, much sooner.

oh hey there, sass tarts! how is everyone doing on this chilly thursday night? {yup, it's chilly here in pennsylvania} thank goodness it's the end of the week. fridays make me so happy. i love leaving work friday at 3 and knowing i don't have to be back there until tuesday. best.feeling.ever. like seriously. it just rocks!

and well, because i'm super exhausted and because it's super late and i have to be into work super early, i leave you with this. . .

this goes out to my future husband. the one i've yet to meet. the one i'm anxiously waiting for. yeah, him. i wish he lived down the street. that way i'd be closer to my happily ever after.

happy november 1st, love children!

i can't believe october has come and gone. craziness, no? but since it is now november, it means there are only sixteen more days until new moon hits the big screen. {swoooon}

i hope everyone had themselves a fabulous halloween. hopefully you were surrounded by a trickery of fun-filled events. i dressed up as a great big pumpkin and made my way to a halloween shindig. where there were some games of beer pong, yummy cider concoctions, a scooby doo gang, and lotssss of hooting and hollering while indulging in the phillies slash yankees game. tough loss, boys. but those stinkin' yanks still don't have me scurred. it ain't over 'til it's over.

today has been a rather lazy sunday for me. lounging around and catching up on my shows. on, and i did all of this while in my pj's. perfection. just what i intended for my sunday to have in store. dear sunday, i love you.

tomorrow starts a new challenge for me: operation bridesmaid dress. sounds like a good time, right? i think so. and i'm crossing my fingers in hopes that the results are equally as awesome.

i've complained once or twice and commented on my need for fitting into my bridesmaid dress in july. but i don't think i've been pushing myself and implementing just what i need to do in order to make this happen. therefore, i'm kicking myself in the boot. tomorrow begins healthy eating, a consistent workout routine. i'm sure i'll hate it. but i'm also sure i'll like what i see come july. cha-ching!

nowwww, this is what i have been up to during my leave of blogging absence. . .

we had a pumpkin carving contest at work with the different departments. our department {physical therapy} did a cinderella themed pumpkin. how awesome is that fairytale pumpkin?? that is seriously what it's called...a fairytale pumpkin. LOVES!

sadly, we didn't win. but we still thought ours was the best. duhhh.

alsoooo. my family turned into pumpkins!

i have been warming up my soul with some pumpkin spice starbucks lattes. and loving every second of it.

and ohhhh, having my favorite trick-or-treater pay me a visitlittle laneybug!sadly she highly disliked being bundled up
mmm...i've also discovered an obsession with trader joes mac and cheese.

i maybe loved every second of it.

i maybe think he will forever have the sweetest dance moves.

i maybe kept asking jonathan the entire time, "how does his body do that?"

i maybe {very much so} wish jonathan would have been able to see michael in london like he was supposed to.
